Postpartum Services

As a postpartum doula I am here to help you threw the first few months of having your postpartum journey. I will be there to help with things such as watching older children while you take some time with baby or alone, helping with meal prep, light cleaning and making sure you and your family have all the resources you need. Together we can make sure you and your family have a happy, healthy transition through the postpartum period.
